1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Booking Requests: Your name, email, phone number, and the address where the service would take place
• About Your Dog: Name, breed, age, and anything you tell us about behavior — reactivity, fear, bite history — and about medication or medical conditions
• Messages: Anything you write to us in a booking request

We ask about behavior because a handler must know before meeting your dog. It is a safety question. There is no account to create on this site, so we never ask you for a password.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

Almost nothing is collected automatically. We set no session cookies — there is no account and nothing to sign in to. Analytics are switched OFF unless you turn them on in the cookie banner. If your browser sends "Do Not Track", analytics cookies stay off even if you accept.

If analytics is set up on this site and you turn it on, Google Analytics then records:

• Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent, links clicked
• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, IP address

Separately, the services that deliver this site see your IP address when your browser contacts them: our host when you load a page, our image service (Cloudinary) when a page shows photographs, and our anti-spam check and rate limiter — which block abuse — when you use the booking form. 2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Email you about your booking request
• Respond to your comments and questions
• Arrange and carry out the service you asked for, safely
• If you turn analytics on, see how the site is used
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Information Sharing

3.1 We Do NOT Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

3.2 Service Providers

We share information with service providers who help us operate our service:

• Website operator: Enhanced Intelligence builds and operates this website, including the booking platform and the database where booking requests are stored
• Hosting: Vercel (infrastructure hosting)
• Booking platform: Enhanced Intelligence's booking platform (Cortex) — booking requests are stored here, including your address and what you tell us about your dog. Its database is hosted by Supabase
• Database: Neon (Postgres), in an account operated by Enhanced Intelligence — holds booking requests sent before the booking platform was in use, and any request the platform could not take when you sent it (which may also have reached the platform), including your address and what you tell us about your dog
• Email: Resend (sends the emails about your booking request, to you and to us)
• Images: Cloudinary (stores and serves the photographs on this site)
• Analytics: Google Analytics — only if analytics is set up on this site and you enable it in the cookie banner. Nothing is sent to Google otherwise
• Anti-spam: Cloudflare Turnstile (checks that the booking form is being used by a person; it sees your IP address)
• Rate limiting: Upstash (counts how often one IP address uses the booking form)

3.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests.

4. Data Security

This site has these protections in place:

• Encryption: All data transmitted over HTTPS
• Security Headers: CSP, HSTS, X-Frame-Options, and others on every response
• Anti-spam and rate limiting: Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions to the booking form, and a rate limiter caps how often one IP address can use it

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

Your booking request is stored in our booking platform, and a copy is emailed to us when you send it. Requests sent before we began using the booking platform, and any request the platform could not take, are stored in our Neon database instead. Nothing deletes the Neon copies automatically, and we have not set a retention period for booking requests. To ask us to delete your information, email shesmydoglady@gmail.com.

7. Cookies

We set no cookies of our own. Your cookie choice is kept in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie. Cloudflare Turnstile may set its own for bot detection on our booking form, and Google Analytics sets cookies only if analytics is set up on this site and you enable it. There are no authentication cookies — this site has no accounts and nothing to sign in to. See our Cookie Policy for details.

8. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the new policy on this page
• Updating the "Last Updated" date

Your continued use of our service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
