We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Booking Requests: Your name, email, phone number, and the address where the service would take place
• About Your Dog: Name, breed, age, and anything you tell us about behaviour — reactivity, fear, bite history — and about medication or medical conditions
• Messages: Anything you write to us in a booking request

We ask about behaviour because a handler must know before meeting your dog. It is a safety question, never a reason to turn a dog away. There is no account to create on this site, so we never ask you for a password.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

Almost nothing is collected automatically. We set no session cookies — there is no account and nothing to sign in to. Analytics are switched OFF unless you turn them on in the cookie banner, and we honour your browser's "Do Not Track" setting even if you accept.

If you do turn analytics on, Google Analytics then records:

• Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent, links clicked
• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, IP address

Separately, our host and our anti-spam check see your IP address when you load a page or submit a form — that is how they block abuse, and it happens whatever you choose here. See our Cookie Policy.

We use the information we collect to:

3.1 We Do NOT Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

3.2 Service Providers

We share information with service providers who help us operate our service:

• Hosting: Vercel (infrastructure hosting)
• Database: Neon (Postgres)
• Email: Resend (transactional emails)
• Analytics: Google Analytics — only if you enable analytics in the cookie banner. Nothing is sent to Google otherwise
• Security: Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-spam) and Upstash (rate limiting), where enabled

3.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

• Encryption: All data transmitted over HTTPS
• Security Headers: CSP, HSTS, X-Frame-Options, and others on every response
• Anti-spam and rate limiting: Available on our forms and enabled when the volume of automated abuse warrants it

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We keep what you send us — your enquiry or booking request, and the details about your dog — for as long as we are working with you, and we delete it when you ask us to. We have not set fixed retention periods beyond that. If you want to know exactly what we hold, ask and we will tell you.

6. Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erasure: Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format

7. Cookies

We set no cookies of our own. Your cookie choice is kept in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie. Cloudflare Turnstile may set its own for bot detection on our forms, and Google Analytics sets cookies only if you enable analytics. There are no authentication cookies — this site has no accounts and nothing to sign in to. See our Cookie Policy for details.

8. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

9. International Data Transfers
